This Donation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all donations made to the Foundation. By making a donation to us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below. We value your generosity and assure you that every contribution is used responsibly to serve underprivileged communities through education, healthcare, environmental conservation, food distribution, and social welfare initiatives.

Manuski Foundation is registered under Section 12AB and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donations made to the Foundation are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, subject to the provisions and limits prescribed by law.
Upon receiving your donation, we will issue a 80G receipt within 7-10 business days. This receipt serves as proof for claiming tax deduction. Please ensure you provide correct name, address, PAN, and contact details for the receipt. For donations above ₹2,000, PAN details are mandatory as per Income Tax rules.
All donations made to Manuski Foundation are final and non-refundable. Donations are voluntary contributions towards our charitable causes, and once processed, cannot be reversed or refunded. However, in the following exceptional cases, we may consider a refund:
